What the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, email, phone number, how and when you would like us to reach you, and a short message. We use it to reply to you. We ask you not to include medical details in the message.
What this site does not do
This site has no advertising pixels, no session recording and no analytics that follow you from site to site. The Book online button opens a separate booking page with its own privacy policy.
Who sees your message
Our front desk reads messages sent through the form. We do not sell or rent your information.
Your choices
Call the front desk to ask us to correct or delete a message you sent. Your care records are kept as Rhode Island law requires, and your therapist explains your rights to them at your first visit.
